The November 7, 2017 election will contain two important measures regarding annexation into TVF&R. The first is whether or not the annexation should occur. The second is whether or not the Newberg City Charter should be amended to limit the Council’s ability to collect the revenue that it previously used to fund Fire and EMS services.
